MICRONEEDLING

MicroNeedling is a non-surgical procedure, the use of which helps to treat aesthetic skin problems. An electric DermaPen equipped with small needles is passed over the problem areas of the skin. Applied correctly, small holes appear in the deep layers of the patient's skin, so that the used care products can penetrate the skin better and maximize their effectiveness. The starting point before MicroNeedling is a specific skin problem that can be traced back to a damaged complexion. The skin is treated with an electric dermapen. Many needles penetrate the skin and easily damage it. The cells become irritated, which stimulates blood flow, stimulates skin regeneration and stimulates cell renewal. In addition, there is the formation of new collagen and the formation of the body's own hyaluronic acid.

These tightening factors are responsible for the smoothness of the skin, fine pores and firmness. With existing scars, e.g. in acne, these substances fill the surface of the scar again - the scars become smaller and the appearance of the skin better again. After direct treatment, it takes some time before MicroNeedling is fully visible. As a rule of thumb, the more severe scarring or skin damage, the longer it takes for the results to become visible and the more often the treatment must be repeated.

There is, of course, a reason for the rapidly growing popularity of micro-pinning. Most other treatments for skin problems make the skin thinner, e.g. in laser treatment. However, thin skin is more sensitive to external influences, such as Sun by making unsightly spots or defects visible on the skin. As a non-ablation procedure, micro-pinning maintains skin thickness and is not removed. Protection against external environmental impact remains unchanged. After treatment, the skin will be red and redness, may resemble a moderate tan. You may also experience tightness of the skin and mildly sensitive to touch on the treated areas. This will decrease after a few hours, and within the next 24 hours the skin will become completely healed. After three days, the most visible redness on the skin will disappear.

The result is visible after 24 hours and should last for 4-6 months. Treatment is repeated no more than three times and there are 10-14 days between each treatment.
